We are Anna Maria Albertazzi and Giorgio Salvarani, family with passion for work and challenges.
 
We live by the words Seneca once said: when it’s challenged, value multiplies.
 
We grew up on bread and business, so we are entrepreneurs right down to the core, if by entrepreneur we mean someone who has the ability to look beyond and has the determination to achieve his goals.

This helps us to perfectly understand the needs of those who do business and are always looking for quick answers, effective solutions and excellent services to grow their business.

OUR STORY

As often happens, we did our professional internship in the respective family businesses. Then, at a certain point, you understand you’ve grown up and that you have to walk with your own legs.

So, in the distant 80s, we decided to contribute to the creation of a start-up for the production of packaging for the biomedical sector, a market that was emerging and expanding rapidly during those years.

It was our first real proper business challenge.

With some shivers running down our spines, we threw ourselves headlong into this new adventure and never stopped or looked back.

Until, one day, the success of our company aroused the interest of a multinational company eager to enter our niche market. In 1999 we decided to sell the company. But we didn’t stop there either.

In fact, the new owner asked us to remain as managers of our former company. A recognition of our commitment that we appreciated and that filled with pride our hearts , but that couldn’t ultimately stop the eagerness of charging towards new challenges as independent entrepreneurs we had.

Our resignations came only ten years later: there was an exciting new project on the horizon. In 2009 we decided to acquire the Controlling Interest of SEIPEE S.p.A, a company operating in the trade and production of electric motors since 1972, which at that moment was dealing with a delicate generational management transition.

SEIPEE, a lucky intuition.

Thanks to the lucky intuition of entrepreneurs, who in the 50s had gained considerable experience and technical know-how in the field of mechanics and electric motors in particular, SEIPEE was born, in Modena in 1972.

The desire of this compaby was to try to respond to the new needs of the customer base, that were gradually changing.

In other words, a new manufacturing philosophy called “just in time” was taking shape, which aimed to reduce stocks and to better customer service by delivering goods no longer mass-produced for the warehouse, but always of the latest generation available.

SEIPEE’s attitude towards innovation and continuous constant development is what interested us from the very beginning, because it perfectly matched our values and our way of living entrepreneurship.

Our mission has always been to innovate.

Thanks to this philosophy, despite the global financial crisis in 2008, in just 6 years SEIPEE has managed to grow further, completely restructuring itself to keep up with new needs and new markets.

So much so that in 2016 the impressive growth in turnover forces us to move to Campogalliano (at the Logistic node A22), to a new location, with more than doubled spaces, more suitable for heavy operations and logistically strategic: 10,000 covered square meters containing 80,000 ready-made electric motors: three-phase, single-phase, self-braking, compact, small and special executions.

At the same time, it was necessary to completely reorganize the technical office, equipping it with the most modern tools in order to give support and answers to even the most demanding customers, by investing in highly qualified personnel as well.

Today, production takes place using the most advanced technology currently available; the controls on raw materials, in the various stages of processing and finishing of the product, in addition to satisfying by a considerable margin our Certification according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, also allow us to ensure a consistency of superior quality that our customers have appreciated in these years by rewarding us with their loyalty.

Staying hungry and always having clear that customer service is the winning card of a company, we have a wide range of semi-finished products and a cutting-edge technical study that allow us to design, produce and transform electric motors in our workshop, according to the most demanding customizations requested by customers, with very fast deliveries and always available after-sales service.

All this has recently allowed us to obtain the prestigious AEO authorization.

The effort made to achieve the goal of minimizing response and delivery times has meant that SEIPEE is currently a leading company in the electric motor sector not only in Italy, but also abroad.

SEIPEE’s electric motors are suitable for the most specialized applications and uses, always with satisfying performance.

Ours is a team of qualified, dynamic and tight-knit people where every single individual knows he/she is an integral part of the company system; we’re always ready to give our best and to work together because satisfying customers is our obsession.

The commercial staff was also integrated with son-in-laws  Marco and Francesco and our youngest daughter Rebecca, who is dedicated to new projects.

And the story, or rather the passion, continues …
