The Roots (1972–1989)
"Everything starts with a motor. But also with a vision."
◎ 1972 – The birth of Seipee
Founded in Bastiglia, Seipee begins producing three-phase asynchronous motors for industrial use, laying the foundation for a company built to last.
◎ 1980s – The first major industrial customers
The company enters the OEM market, working alongside plant and machinery manufacturers with reliable, ready, and technically solid solutions.
Every step has brought us here. But we never stand still.

A NEW CHAPTER UNDER THE SIGN OF CONTINUITY
Seipee is now led by the second generation of the Salvarani family.
Two sisters, with different but complementary skills, who have chosen to take up the baton and carry forward the company’s development with a solid vision, open to innovation and rooted in the industrial culture of the region.
In a traditionally male sector, their presence at the helm is not a banner to wave, but a quiet sign of evolution: built on expertise, thoughtful choices, and concrete results.
